Hammer Mill Machine in Malaysian Animal Feed Pellet Plant Project

The client is a poultry feed mill that needs to grind raw materials such as corn and soybean meal when making feed pellets. Due to the high temperature and humidity in Malaysia, we reinforced the wear-resistant layer of the hammer mill machine and adjusted the mesh size of the drying screen, ensuring both the fineness of the grinding and the smoothness of the output.

Belt Dryer Machine in Iran 1.5-2 T/H Fish Feed Production Line

This equipment primarily serves a fish feed production line, employing a tiered circulating hot air design. Due to the low price of Iranian natural gas, the customer opted for a direct-fired hot air furnace paired with this belt dryer, which can stably control the moisture content of the produced fish feed pellets to below 10%.

Cooling Machine in Burundi Animal Feed Production Line

The customer uses this cooler in the latter part of their production line to lower the temperature of the animal feed and also to shape the pellets. Because of significant local voltage fluctuations, we replaced the starter cabinet with a wider voltage version. The cooled pellets now maintain a temperature below 5°C, and the breakage rate has been significantly reduced.

Hammer Mill Machine in Russian 5-6 T/H Fish Feed Production Line

The client is a fish feed pellet processing plant in Siberia, Russia. Considering the extremely cold winters there, we added insulation and heat tracing devices to the motor and bearing housings. This hammer mill can effectively handle the crushing of frozen fish scraps and grain raw materials.

Mixing Machine in Romania 2 T/H Wood Pellet Production Line

The client operates a wood pellet plant and uses a mixer in their production line to add binders. The raw material they use is a mixture of hardwood chips with a certain moisture content. We recommended setting the mixing time to around 3 minutes, resulting in a final output with a uniformity variation coefficient of less than 5%.

Wood Chipper in Romanian Biomass Production Line

As a front-end piece of equipment in a biomass pellet production line, the wood chipper is responsible for chipping the customer’s logs into uniformly sized wood chips. Customers report that even tree trunks with a maximum diameter of 30cm can be uniformly chipped in one pass, reducing the load on the subsequent crushing stage.

Vibrating Screens in Australia 2-2.5 T/H Wood Pellet Production Line

After producing wood pellets, customers need to screen these finished products to control the quality of the pellets. Our vibrating screen helps customers grade the finished pellets and remove powder. Customer feedback indicates that the screening is very precise and the screen replacement is very convenient.

Rotary Drum Dryer in Romania 2 T/H Wood Pellet Plant Project

The customer uses this equipment in their wood pellet production line, employing a biomass hot air furnace as the heat source to dry wood chips with a moisture content of 35%-40%. After drying, the moisture content of the output material is uniformly controlled below 12%, and the equipment operates stably even in the local low-temperature environment.
