Cleaning and Dust Removal Equipment
To protect the equipment in the production line, before carrying out all the work, it is necessary to ensure that the collected raw materials are clean. This requires the use of corresponding cleaning equipment to remove any possible impurities such as stones and metals.
Powder Cleaning Screen
Its function is to sieve the powdered raw materials, removing impurities and lumps, so as to make the texture of the powder more uniform and clean.

Cylindrical Initial Cleaning Screen
It is suitable for preliminary cleaning before the raw materials enter the production line. It uses a rotating cylindrical screen mesh to separate large impurities.

Permanent Magnet Cylinder
It is equipped with strong permanent magnets, which can attract metal impurities such as iron nails and iron filings in the raw materials, avoiding damage to the machine.

Pulse Dust Collector
It can efficiently collect the dust generated during the production process and clean it off by using pulse blowing, protecting the production environment.

Crushing Equipment
Materials with a relatively large volume cannot directly enter the granulation process. Otherwise, they will clog the equipment and need to be reduced in size first. For making animal feed, if the raw materials are properly crushed, the granulation effect will also be better.
Hammer Mill
Its shape resembles a water droplet and it contains high-speed rotating hammer blades, which can crush various granular raw materials into uniform fine powder.

Pallet Crusher
It can handle relatively flat and wide materials. The principle is to use blades to break them into small pieces, suitable for the refinement of regular raw materials.

Wood Chipper Machine
It is specifically used for cutting large raw materials such as logs and branches. It can process long and short uniform wood chips, and is a commonly used equipment in biomass pellet production lines.

Bale Breaker
It is mainly used to disperse and loosen compressed straw, hay, etc., and break them into loose pieces to facilitate subsequent cleaning and crushing, thereby reducing labor costs.


Drying Equipment
Some materials have strict requirements for moisture content during granulation. They need to keep the humidity within a certain range. The drying equipment of RICHI can precisely adjust the drying temperature and control the drying effect.
Rotary Drum Dryer
The main body is an inclined rotating cylinder. The materials will roll inside and be heated uniformly, achieving even drying. It is suitable for processing raw materials with high humidity and uneven pellets.

Belt Dryer Machine
The materials need to be laid flat on the conveyor belt. The hot air will penetrate the material layer from the top and bottom of the mesh belt for drying. The heating is gentle and suitable for materials that are fragile and require precise drying conditions.

Mixing Equipment
Materials with a relatively large volume cannot directly enter the granulation process. Otherwise, they will clog the equipment and need to be reduced in size first. For making animal feed, if the raw materials are properly crushed, the granulation effect will also be better.
Single-Shaft Double-Layer Paddle Mixer
Contains a main shaft and two layers of paddles. The paddles tumble the material in both directions at a specific angle, ensuring thorough mixing. Suitable for mixing powders with small amounts of liquid.

Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer
Two main shafts rotate in opposite directions. The upper paddles create convection currents in the material, resulting in fast mixing speed. Suitable for large-scale, high-efficiency mixing.

Single-Shaft Double-Ribbon Mixer
The main shaft is equipped with inner and outer spiral ribbons. During rotation, the material is pushed from one end to the other and then back, creating a circulating mixture. Suitable for mixing materials with significant differences in proportions.


Cooling Equipment
The pellets produced directly from the pellet machine are usually at a relatively high temperature and are not suitable for immediate packaging and storage. The main function of the cooling equipment is to rapidly reduce the temperature of these pellets to close to room temperature, while removing the excess moisture in the pellets to prevent mold growth due to high temperature and humidity.
Flip-Plate Counter-Flow Cooler
The pellets enter from the top, and cold air blows upwards from the bottom, ensuring even cooling. A tilting plate at the bottom of the equipment discharges the pellets, preventing them from breaking as they fall.

Impeller Counter-Flow Cooler
It contains a rotating impeller, which can both distribute the material evenly and control the discharge speed, making it suitable for pellets with moderate flowability that require precise control of cooling time.

Sieving and Packaging Equipment
If you want to quickly package and store the qualified pellets, relying solely on manual labor would be very inefficient. Our sieving equipment can remove all the crushed pellets, and our packaging equipment can quickly weigh and package the remaining qualified pellets, saving a lot of manpower.
Rotary Grading Sieve
The sieve body rotates in a plane under the drive of an eccentric mechanism. The materials advance helically on the sieve surface and can be divided into different grades according to pellet size.

High-Square Sieve
It has multiple layers of sieve grids stacked together, and different-sized sieve nets are installed inside. The materials fall layer by layer from above and can be sieved completely at once, resulting in more detailed sieving.

Fully Automatic Packaging Scale
It can automatically complete weighing, bagging and sealing processes according to the set weight. The weighing and packaging efficiency is high, and manual operations are reduced.


Conveying Equipment
How do the materials move through various sections of the production line? This requires conveying equipment to act as the “transport vehicles”, which can deliver the materials evenly and promptly to the corresponding sections.
Bucket Elevator
It is in the shape of a bucket and can vertically scoop the materials from the ground to the equipment inlet at a higher level. The advantage is that it occupies a small area and has stable transportation.

Screw Conveyor
It has rotating screw blades inside, which can make the materials rotate and move forward. It is fully sealed and does not cause dust, and is suitable for transporting powdery materials or small pellets that are prone to flying.

Scraper Conveyor
The scraper is driven by a chain to slide in a closed trough, and can push the materials forward. The conveying capacity is large, it is applicable for both short and long distances, and is wear-resistant and durable.

Belt Conveyor
It mainly transports materials by means of a belt. The advantage is that the transportation is stable and the noise is low, and it is suitable for long-distance and high-output transportation. It has strong versatility.

Other Related Equipment

Storage Silo
It is used to temporarily store raw materials or finished pellet products, playing a role in buffering and regulating the feeding rhythm of each process, enabling the production line to operate stably and continuously.

Vacuum Spraying Machine
In a vacuum environment, some liquids such as oils and vitamins are evenly sprayed onto the surface of the pellets, aiming to enhance the nutritional value and palatability of the pellets.

Rotating Distributor
It is like a rotating “traffic police officer”, capable of precisely distributing the transported materials to different materials or equipment, and automatically switching the flow direction of the materials.

Hot Air Furnace
It mainly generates high-temperature hot air by burning biomass, gas or coal, providing a stable heat source for the drying and cooling processes.

Do all auxiliary machines need to be equipped in the production line?

No, it is not necessary. You only need to flexibly combine them according to the type of raw materials, production capacity and product requirements. In a regular production line, at least cleaning, crushing, conveying and screening equipment are usually required. For high moisture and fermentation materials, a drying device needs to be added. For multi-formulation production, a mixing device needs to be installed. Just combine them as needed.
Is there any particular order for installing the auxiliary machines of the entire production line?

It is best to install them according to the fixed process flow. The approximate sequence is: raw material cleaning, crushing, drying, mixing, granulation, cooling, screening, packaging. Also, note that the conveying equipment needs to be throughout the process. Storage bins, hot air furnaces, distributors and other equipment can be arranged according to the required points of the process.
Can the permanent magnet cylinder only adsorb iron-based impurities?

Yes, it mainly relies on magnets to adsorb iron nails, iron shavings, iron wires and other metal debris. It cannot remove stone blocks, plastics and other non-metallic impurities. If there are such impurities, it is necessary to use it in combination with the cylindrical initial cleaning screen, so that the cleaning effect will be better.
How much can the drying equipment reduce the moisture of the materials?

The drying equipment can adjust parameters according to process requirements. For conventional feed or organic fertilizer raw materials, the moisture content can be controlled within 12%-18%, which fully meets the standards for granulation and storage.
How long is the warranty period for these auxiliary machines?

Including these auxiliary machines, regardless of which single machine equipment you purchase from RICHI, you can enjoy a 12-month warranty period. Except for components like screen nets, blades, filter bags and belts that are prone to wear and tear, as long as there are non-human-caused faults in other areas within the warranty period, technical support and maintenance service can be obtained.
