Requirement Matching

We will arrange testing , provide a feasibility study report and a 3D factory layout diagram , and communicate and adjust repeatedly until you confirm the solution.
Production Verification
Once the demand is confirmed , a purchase and sale contract can be signed, and we will then arrange factory production. After the equipment is completed, a no-load test will be conducted and recorded throughout the process. We will also have a third party conduct an on-site inspection. After passing the inspection, a factory acceptance report and packing list will be issued. We will promptly update you with information such as the delivery schedule and arrival notice.
Installation and Debugging
Once the equipment arrives, we will send an engineer to your site to assist with installation work such as hoisting, wiring, and pipe laying, followed by no-load and load testing. After everything is operating normally, the engineer will provide theoretical and practical training to your operators to ensure they can operate the equipment independently.
After-Sales Service
After equipment delivery , you can enjoy a 12-month warranty on the entire machine . During the warranty period, we will provide online technical support and arrange for spare parts to be shipped to minimize production downtime. Our after-sales personnel will also proactively follow up on equipment usage every quarter, and you can provide feedback on any feedback or suggestions you may have.

Does your equipment support customization and adjustment based on my raw material requirements?

Yes . Our pellet plant project does not have a fixed standard configuration. It can be adjusted according to the customer’s raw material type, dryness and wetness , factory conditions, etc. It can be adapted and adjusted for livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, various wood chips, hay, aquatic feed raw materials, etc.
What should I do if the machine malfunctions during use?

Yes. Whether it’s raw material crushing, ingredient mixing, granulation, or packaging, a PLC computer control system can be configured, allowing one person to operate the entire production line. We recommend semi-automatic or fully automatic solutions for medium-sized and larger pellet plant projects.
