This machine uses a screen surface to separate raw materials from impurities based on size. Clean material passes through the screen apertures, while larger impurities are trapped and removed; it effectively eliminates debris such as clumps of soil, stones, and rope fragments.

Permanent Magnetic Drum

Feed Raw Materials Hammer Mill

This machine employs the counter-flow cooling principle, directing cool air vertically through the pellets to lower their temperature to ambient levels and remove surface moisture. The cooled pellets harden quickly, facilitating storage and transport.

Vacuum Coater

Primarily used in production lines for sinking fish and shrimp feed, this machine utilizes a vacuum environment to force liquids—such as oils and additives—deep into the feed pellets. It is suitable for high-oil formulations, preventing issues like slippage or poor pellet formation caused by excessive oil content.

Vibrating Grading Screen

Driven by a vibrating motor, the screen box vibrates, causing pellets on the screen surface to be tossed up and leap forward; undersized pellets or fines are screened out, leaving behind only feed pellets of uniform size.
