The ring die inside the chamber is made of 42CrMo alloy steel and undergoes carburizing treatment – that gives it higher wear resistance, so it stands up to coarse, tough fibers with ease. We also pair it with biomass‑specific rollers that grip the material securely and compress it thoroughly.
Power System
Biomass materials often create high resistance and heavy loads during pelleting, which puts the power system to the test. Our pellet mill uses high‑power Siemens motors (from 22kW up to 250kW) that deliver plenty of strength.
