One quick note: all the output numbers here are rated capacities with a complete feed production line. In real life, output depends on things like how well the raw materials are ground, mixing efficiency, moisture content, and the recipe itself. So your actual output may vary—just go by your real-world conditions.

Advantages of Rabbit Feed Pellet Making Machine
This rabbit feed making machine comes with a bunch of high-quality core parts. And you’ll really notice the benefits when you start using it.
We use 304 stainless steel for the mill—so it resists wear and corrosion. Even under heavy, long-term use, it won’t break down easily. The conditioner paddles are forged, giving them really high strength. And the motors? They’re Siemens, a top brand. You can trust the power. That motor is key to keeping the machine running smooth for years.
Tough and Durable
The RICHI rabbit feed pellet making machine is super flexible when it comes to material flow. The feeding system has variable-frequency speed control—so no clogging when there’s a lot of material, and no idling when there’s only a little. The gap between the rollers and the ring die is adjustable, too. That means you can make pellets of different lengths.
Smart Control
Our conditioning system has a dedicated steam inlet. Once you inject steam, the raw materials get fully gelatinized and sterilized at high temps. That keeps most of the nutrients locked in. The result? Nutritionally balanced, top-quality feed.

Rabbit Pellet Machine‘s Supporting Equipment
Some customers new to rabbit feed pelleting mistakenly believe that a single pellet mill is sufficient for producing rabbit feed. However, a complete rabbit feed pellet production line includes crushing, drying, mixing, cooling, screening, and packaging. We don’t just manufacture single pelleting equipment; we can provide a complete production line if needed.

FAQ
Here are some questions we’ve gathered from past customers. Maybe you’ve got the same ones. If you have others, just reach out anytime.
What raw materials can the RICHI rabbit feed pellet making machine process?
→
Corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, straw powder, premixes—pretty much any common rabbit feed ingredient. All of them work fine in the RICHI pellet mill.
Do I need to crush the ingredients beforehand?
→
Yes, you do. We suggest grinding them to 2–3 mm. For high-fiber stuff like grass or straw powder, keep it under 5 mm. Pre-crushing boosts pelletizing efficiency, reduces wear on the machine, and extends its life.
Does a new machine need a break-in period before first use?
→
Yes—it helps extend the machine’s life. Here’s how: mix fine sand with a little cooking oil, feed it into the machine, and let it run empty for 10–15 minutes. Then clean out the residue. That’s it.
What if the mill doesn’t discharge, or the pellets come out loose and low quality?
→
A few possible causes:
Moisture too low—adjust to 12%–18%.
Gap between ring die and rollers too wide—adjust it before startup.
New machine not properly broken in—redo the break-in process.
Ingredients not ground fine enough—re-grind to the right size.
If you’ve tried all these and still have issues, just contact us for technical support.
What if a wear part is lost or damaged?
→
Just contact us to buy replacements. RICHI supplies genuine OEM parts—no middlemen, no extra markup. We’ll ship them right away so your machine keeps running.
Can I get custom parts for special models?
→
Yes. If you need something like a different ring die aperture or higher output, RICHI will go over the specs with you and provide a custom solution.
