The chicken manure pellet machine is a device specifically designed to process the fermented and decomposed chicken manure into granular organic fertilizer. Its main principle is to take the loose and difficult-to-use chicken manure and, through physical compression, turn it into pellets that are easy to store, transport, and apply.
Different types of chicken manure pellet machines have slightly different working principles. RICHI mainly produces ring die pressing pellet machine, which use a strong compression method. The frame of this chicken manure pellet machine is thickened, with good rigidity. It runs with little vibration, and the key components such as the ring die and the press roller can work stably. In case of blockage or overload, the overload protection device will automatically start: the safety pin is disconnected, the limit switch triggers to stop the machine, so that the ring die, the press roller, and the gearbox will not be damaged. In addition, the machine itself has a forced lubrication and cooling system, and it is not easy to suddenly stop during normal operation.

The raw material fibers of EFB are relatively coarse. To minimize wear and extend the equipment’s service life, the ring die we use is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel and has undergone carburizing hardening treatment on the surface, with a hardness of HRC 58–62. Its wear resistance is much higher than that of ordinary stainless steel, perfectly matching the coarse fiber raw materials.

Whether it is combined with straw, rice husk, or soybean meal and other raw materials, the intelligent chicken manure pellet machine can handle them easily. As long as the moisture content of the raw materials is controlled within a certain range, there will be no problem. If you want to change the pellet diameter, simply replace the ring die with different hole diameters, and the compactness of the pellets can be adjusted by changing the compression ratio, with the compression ratio range being 1:10 – 1:18.
Flexible Adaptation
The fibers of chicken manure are relatively long, and the mixed raw materials in the early stage are also relatively coarse and hard, which is easy to wear out the equipment. To address this situation, we use ring dies forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, which have undergone carburizing hardening treatment on the surface. The hardness of the ring die can reach HRC58–62, which is much more wear-resistant than ordinary stainless steel. Even if it operates under high load for a long time, the key components are not prone to damage, and the overall lifespan of the equipment is very long.

Can fresh chicken manure be directly put into the chicken manure pellet machineto be made into pellets?

No, that’s not possible. The fresh chicken manure has too much moisture and contains a lot of impurities, as well as a large amount of easily decomposable organic matter and pathogenic bacteria. Direct pelletization would easily lead to mold growth and clog the equipment, preventing the formation of pellets. Therefore, it is necessary to first undergo fermentation and decomposition to control the moisture content of the chicken manure within a certain range.
Can only buying one pelletizer produce the product? Or is it necessary to have a complete production line?

If you are only for small-scale self-use and only need simple screening, manual feeding, and have a low quality requirement for the pellets, you can consider purchasing a pelletizer separately. What types of chicken manure pelletizers are there? Which one do you recommend?

The common types on the market include disc pelletizers, drum pelletizers, extrusion pelletizers (roller type/flat type), and ring die compression pelletizers.
If you need to process materials with a lot of coarse fibers and relatively low viscosity, such as chicken manure, we recommend the ring die compression pelletizer. This is also our main model, and its press rollers and ring die can form a strong compression force, resulting in compact pellets that do not require additional adhesives and are less likely to clog the chicken manure pellet machine. The ring die also has a long service life.
