Hammer Mill Machine

It uses high-speed rotating hammers to crush and shear materials into small pieces. The hammers are made of tungsten carbide and can be replaced with one side after wear. The equipment also has a screen inside to control the output pellet size, making it a high-speed impact crusher.

Pallet Crushing Machine

Pallet crushing machines can be used in timber production lines. Their wide inlet pallets allow for easy transport of large, whole pieces of timber (such as waste wooden pallets and building templates) into the machine, where they are shredded into smaller pieces that are easier to transport and process.

Wood Chipper Machine

Similar to a pallet shredder, it’s primarily used in the pre-processing stage of a production line. Its high-speed rotating blades cut large pieces of wood, such as logs, branches, and bark, into uniformly sized chips, reducing the burden on subsequent shredding equipment. Note that it cannot be used to process wood with nails or other metal parts; for such cases, a pallet shredder is recommended.

Rotary Drum Dryer

Its cylindrical body contains many blades that repeatedly toss the material up, allowing it to come into full contact with the high-temperature hot air for rapid drying. It is more suitable for loose, high-temperature resistant materials and is a continuous, dynamic drying equipment.

Belt Dryer Machine

A continuous static drying device. You can spread the material evenly on the metal mesh belt, which will move slowly, allowing hot air to pass vertically through the material layer. It is suitable for sheet-like, strip-shaped, heat-sensitive, and uniform materials.

Pellet Machine

There are several key components in a pellet machine, namely the ring die roller and the cutter. They work together to forcefully compress powdery materials and extrude them into cylindrical strips through a ring die with a certain aperture. The cutter then cuts the strips into uniform lengths, producing pellets with high density and good appearance.

Extruder Machine

It can be used to make high-end aquatic animal feed and pet food. Its main principle is to extrude the material instantly through high temperature and high pressure in the extrusion chamber. The produced aquatic feed can float for a long time without disintegrating. For pet food, the opening of the ring die can be changed to make food of different shapes.

Rotary Grading Screen

If you want to remove some granular crushed material, you can use a rotary classifier. Many customers use it in their production lines to screen pellets after the pelleting and cooling process. It has a simple structure, runs smoothly, and can be configured with several layers of screens with different apertures to achieve multi-stage stratified screening.

Mixing Machine

A mixer is typically placed after crushing and drying but before pelleting. As the name suggests, its main function is to mix materials. It thoroughly mixes various crushed and dried raw materials in a specific ratio, resulting in a more balanced composition of fibers and nutrients. The uniformity of mixing directly affects the quality of the finished pellets. If your production line uses multiple raw materials, it will definitely be a great help.

Bale Breaker

This machine is commonly used in production lines containing raw materials like straw and hay. These materials are often bundled and compacted, requiring baling and breaking them up for easier feeding into the production line. The baler uses rotating blades to break up the baling ropes and break up the compacted material, preventing clumps and blockages.

Vacuum Spraying Machine

Vacuum spraying machines are mainly used in the production of aquatic feed and high-end pet food. They can quickly and evenly spray liquids such as oils onto the surface of pellets in a vacuum environment, based on negative pressure penetration. This step is to supplement the finished product with nutrients and ensure that nutrients are not easily lost.

Cooling Machine

Whether producing livestock feed, aquatic feed, or biomass pellets, they are usually produced at high temperatures from the pelleting equipment. Some pellets, after undergoing steam conditioning, may also have a high moisture content. The cooler, using a counter-current airflow cooling process, allows cold air to pass through the pellets from bottom to top, cooling them, removing excess moisture, and preventing the finished product from molding or cracking.
