RICHI has deployed multiple pellet production lines across Asia, helping clients in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and other countries customize pellet production lines to meet their diverse needs.Below are some representative projects:

Uzbekistan: 6-7 T/H alfalfa pellet plant project, 10 T/H livestock feed production line
Iran: 8 T/H floating fish feed production line, 10 T/H poultry feed plant project
Bangladesh: 20 T/H wood pellet plant project, 0.5 T/H small-scale floating fish feed extrusion production line

In these production lines, we have specially adjusted the equipment configuration according to the raw materials and power supply conditions of each country. The ring die and pressure roller are made of high wear-resistant alloy steel, which produces high-quality pellets. These customers have gained more revenue after putting them into production.

In Europe, RICHI ‘s equipment serves countries such as Germany, the UK, Russia, Poland, Romania, and Spain.

In response to European customers’ requirements for equipment quality, energy consumption, and environmental friendliness, we have provided some high-end production lines. For example, a poultry feed manufacturer in Germany purchased a 6 T/H poultry feed production line from RICHI. We specifically adopted low-noise gearboxes and enclosed screening equipment in the production line to reduce operating noise to below 75 decibels, ultimately meeting the EU’s emission standards for industrial plant noise.

Africa is a crucial market for us. We have collaborated with clients in countries such as South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya, and many of them are repeat customers.

To adapt to local power supply conditions, raw material characteristics, and low-cost operating requirements, we have designed cost-effective pellet production lines for our African clients. For example, in our 12 T/H straw pellet production line in Nigeria, we specifically equipped it with a wide-voltage compatible motor to avoid issues caused by voltage instability. In our 6 T/H palm shell project, we configured thickened alloy ring dies and pressure rollers, allowing for easy pressing of the raw materials and reducing the frequency of replacing vulnerable parts.

We have provided services to factories of varying sizes in countries such as the United States, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. Representative cases include: a 3T/H alfalfa cattle and sheep feed pellet plant project in Canada, a 10T/H bagasse pellet production line in Brazil, and a 5T/H floating fish feed production line in Mexico.

These projects utilized our specialized pellet mills, including ruminant feed pellet mills, biomass pellet mills, and extruded feed extruders. We meticulously adjusted the parameters of different components of the pellet mills to suit the characteristics of various raw materials, resulting in compact, uniform pellets that are easy to store.

In Oceania, the agricultural and livestock industries tend towards high-end, sophisticated processes, with customers demanding extremely high quality finished pellets. In addition, reducing labor costs is also one of the main demands of customers.

Based on common customer needs, we primarily provide fully automated production lines to clients in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Examples include a 3T/H wood pellet plant project in Australia, a 4T/H wool and sheep manure organic fertilizer production line in Papua New Guinea.

Furthermore, the equipment in our entire production line is primarily constructed of 304 stainless steel, which is well-suited to the diverse local climates, ensuring stable operation regardless of weather conditions and providing strong corrosion resistance.
