Components of Rice Husk Pellet Machine
Rice husks are light, fluffy, and have low fiber toughness. That makes them tricky to pellet. If your machine isn’t up to the job, you will get clogs, bridging, or poor quality pellets. Our rice husk pellet making machine solves those problems. The core parts are designed for rice husks.
Feeding Structure
Rice husks are light and fluffy, so they tend to pile up and clump together after you feed them into the inlet. That leads to bridging and arching, which in turn makes the feed uneven going into the rice husk pellet making machine and cuts into your final output.
That’s why we’ve installed a variable‑frequency arch‑breaking feeder at the inlet. It uses double rollers to break up any clumps of husk material. And with the variable frequency drive, you can adjust the feed speed flexibly based on how the husks are flowing. This stops clogging and feed interruptions at the root, and keeps the material moving into the pelleting chamber continuously and evenly.
Forced Feeder
Smooth feeding alone isn’t enough for rice husks. If you rely just on their own weight, they drop too slowly and sometimes get stuck between the feed inlet and the pelleting chamber. So we also designed a forced feeder to address this.
The forced feeder mainly uses spiral blades to actively push the material forward. It takes the material coming in from the inlet and pushes it forcefully and at a consistent speed into the pelleting chamber. This keeps the material flowing without interruption and ensures the rice husk pellet making machine keeps running under standard load.
Pelleting Chamber
The pelleting process comes down to three main parts working together: the pressure rollers, the ring die, and the cutter.
Our rice husk pellet making machine uses specialized biomass rollers. The grooves on their surface grip the smooth rice husk material firmly, so you don’t get any slipping during compression.After the rollers press the material, it goes through the ring die holes and comes out as long, uniform-diameter strands. The cutter then chops those strands into equal-length pellets.
You can also adjust how dense the pellets are and how long they end up. Density comes down to changing the ring die’s compression ratio, and pellet length is controlled by the number of cutters you use – so you’ve got flexibility to match your needs.
