Can I bring my own raw materials to the factory for testing?

Of course! Our factory is located in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. You can contact us and we will provide you with the detailed address. Welcome to bring your raw materials for testing. During the testing process, you can keep videos as a reference or keep the finished product samples.
Do you offer customized equipment?

Yes. We can, based on your raw material conditions, production capacity requirements, site size, and product specifications, tailor the equipment you need to purchase for you. Even the entire pellet production line can be customized. We are sure that it will be suitable for your production scenario.
Will there be equipment installation guidance services?

Yes. After the customer purchases the equipment, we will provide text and video versions of the installation tutorials, allowing you to understand the installation steps more intuitively and comprehensively. If you need it, we can also offer on-site installation services and conduct immediate debugging for your equipment to ensure that the machine you purchased can be quickly put into production.
How long is the warranty period? What should be done if there is a problem?

We will provide a 12-month warranty period for customers. During this period, as long as it is not caused by human error, we can provide free repair services. However, one thing to note is that components like ring molds and pressure rollers are not covered by the warranty. If you need to replace them, you can contact us to purchase original factory parts, and we can offer certain discounts.
