Pig Feed Pellet Machine

Application in Cattle Feed Production Line
This production line is specifically designed for coarse fiber raw materials such as straw and forage. It can complete all processes from raw material processing, ratio mixing, to pellet pressing in one step. The overall operation is stable, and it can easily handle large-scale production.
We once helped a client in Argentina build a 3T/H cattle feed production line. Their main raw material was hay. In this production line, the arch-breaking feeder, forced feeder, and conditioner for cattle feed pelleting all played a crucial role in processing hay, a coarse-fiber raw material, ultimately producing compact and uniform pellets.
Application in Alfalfa Pellet Production Line
It is tailored for alfalfa grass. It can produce feed for ruminants. The processing process includes crushing, drying, mixing, pellet making, cooling, screening, and packaging. Despite going through so many processes, this production line can still retain the nutritional components.
A client in Uzbekistan sought our assistance in building a 2T/H production line with 50%-80% alfalfa pellets, primarily for producing ruminant feed. Our alfalfa pellet mill features an adjustable ring die compression ratio, compacting this coarse-fiber raw material very tightly, resulting in a finished product with virtually no loose material.
Application in Chicken Feed Production Line
This production line can handle the mixing and processing of various grains and additives, and achieve uniform ratios. By adjusting the relevant parameters in the production line, it can also produce pellets suitable for the feeding needs of chickens at different growth stages.
In 2018, RICHI helped a client build a 10T/H chicken feed pellet production line in Afghanistan. Our chicken feed pellet mill played a crucial role in this project. Its conditioner tube has a larger diameter than most conditioners on the market, allowing for more thorough gelatinization and maturation of the chicken feed ingredients, resulting in better sterilization and producing high-quality pellets.
Application in Wood Chip Pellet Production Line
The wood chip pellet production line can turn forestry waste into clean fuel. The main processes include cleaning, chipping, crushing, drying, pellet making, cooling, screening, and packaging. The drying process can precisely control the moisture content of the raw materials between 12% and 18%. The entire production line can also be equipped with dust suppression devices to improve the production environment.

The raw materials are the waste wood and sawdust from local sawmills, with a slightly high moisture content. RICHI helped configure a pellet machine line with a dryer, and the main products are sold to California and Europe.
The 5-ton/hour Rice Husk Pellet Production Project in Bangladesh
The customer is a medium-sized rice processing factory with a large amount of rice husks. The produced rice husk pellets have replaced coal and saved a lot of energy costs annually.
