1.5 T/H Shrimp Feed Pellet Production Line in Nigeria

The customer: A new aquaculture feed company surrounded by shrimp farmers. They wanted a tough, easy-to-maintain machine that could handle heat, rain, and some unconventional ingredients.

Ingredients: fish meal, peanut meal, cassava flour, palm oil, shrimp shell meal

Main equipment: SZLH350 shrimp feed pellet machine, hammer mill, cooler

Pellet size: 1.5–2.0 mm

Result: Electrical protection for tropical humid conditions – very stable. The three-layer conditioner improved gelatinization of cassava and peanut meal. Running steady for a year, hitting design capacity, and gaining market share.

2 T/H Shrimp Feed Pellet Production Line in Brazil

The customer: A medium aquatic feed producer serving shrimp co-ops. Their old single-layer conditioner gave them poor water resistance, lots of farmer complaints. They wanted better durability without changing core formula.

Ingredients: imported fish meal, soy protein concentrate, corn starch, krill meal, soybean oil

Main equipment: SZLH420 shrimp feed pellet mill, ultra-fine grinder, double-layer counterflow cooler, vibrating screener

Pellet size: 1.8–2.2 mm

Result: After switching to a three-layer conditioner, conditioning temperature stayed at 100–105°C, and disintegration after 2 hours in water was below 8%. They also saw much longer wear life on ring die and rollers.

3-4 T/H High-value Shrimp Feed Pellet Production Line in Spain

The customer: An organic & functional feed company with strict demands for pellet appearance, uniformity, and nutrient retention. EU standards – needed stainless steel contact parts, low residue, easy cleaning for quick formula changes (juvenile, adult, immune-boosting).

Ingredients: organic fish soluble, enzymatically treated soybean meal, seaweed meal, Antarctic krill meal, fish oil

Main equipment: SZLH558 shrimp feed pellet machine, crusher, automatic fat coater

Pellet size: 1.2–1.8 mm

Result: 304 stainless steel conditioner and food-grade seals meet EU standards. Handles high-oil formulas easily. Their product now sells into the premium organic shrimp feed market at much higher prices.

5 T/H Large Shrimp Feed Pellet Production Line in Australia

The customer: A large shrimp farming company in Queensland with its own feed mill, supplying its farms and neighbouring growers. They wanted high capacity, automation, low maintenance, and flexibility for different crustacean feeds (shrimp, crab, crayfish).

Ingredients: Australian white fish meal, wheat gluten, lupin meal, astaxanthin, fish oil

Main equipment: SZLH678 shrimp feed making machine, crusher, automated PLC control system

Pellet size: 2.0–2.5 mm (adult) / 1.0 mm (juvenile) – switchable

Result: Even in summer, conditioning temperature stays above 102°C. Water resistance went from 45 minutes to over 120 minutes – much less waste in ponds. One operator runs the whole line with the PLC system.
