Poultry Feed Pellet Making Machine

Product Information
Poultry Feed Pellet Machine

Capacity: 1-40 T/H
The RICHI poultry feed pellet making machine is built specifically to make feed pellets for all sorts of poultry. It’s one of our best-selling machines, honestly. It works by physically squeezing stuff like corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and peanut meal into tight little pellets (2–12mm). Compared to loose powder, pellets mean less waste, fewer broken bits, better taste for the birds, and they end up growing more evenly.
You can run this poultry feed pellet making machine on its own, or hook it up to grinders, mixers, coolers, and packing gear to build a full production line. The whole setup is easy to use, saves energy, lasts a long time, and keeps most of the nutrients intact.

Advantages of Poultry Feed Pellet Making Machine
We’ve put a bunch of advanced manufacturing techniques into this poultry feed pellet making machine. The payoff? A tougher machine and better feed quality.
The whole body is 304 stainless steel – tough against wear and rust, so it’ll sit in your workshop for years without issues.
Inside the conditioner, those paddles that toss the material around get really hot. But they’re forged, not cast, so they can handle the heat and last way longer.
And the motor? It’s a Siemens. Small footprint, low energy use, rock-solid performance. Keeps the whole poultry feed pellet making machine humming along smoothly for a long time.
Long Service Life
Our conditioner pipe is longer and thicker than most on the market. That means the feed spends more time conditioning – better cooking, better gelatinizing, better sterilization. End result? Better pellets. And with twin rollers pressing them, the pellets come out nice and dense, not too hard, not too soft. They won’t crumble easily during shipping.
High Pellet Quality
A lot of customers worry: “I need pellets for chickens, ducks, and geese – different recipes, different lengths. Can one machine handle it all? Or do I have to buy more?” Nah, don’t worry. Our poultry pellet mill can manage all of them. Need a different pellet length? Just tweak the gap between the cutter and the ring die. It’s super adaptable.
Strong Adaptability
Applications of Poultry Feed Pellet Making Machine
Our poultry feed pellet mill covers outputs from 1 to 40 tons per hour, and pellet diameters from 2 to 12mm. Laying hens, meat birds, waterfowl, or specialty small poultry – this machine can handle it all with basically one click.

FAQ
Here are some common questions from past customers. You might have the same ones – but if you’ve got something else, just give us a shout.
What types of poultry feed is this machine good for?
→
It makes feed for chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons – you name it. You can run corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, even trace mineral premixes. The pellets come out more palatable and easier for poultry to digest.
Do I need to control moisture before using the poultry feed pellet making machine?
→
Yeah, you do. If your raw material is too wet, dry it down to between 13% and 18% – you can use a dryer for that. That way your pellets won’t be too crumbly (if too dry) or clog up the machine (if too wet). By the way, we sell dryers too. Just ask.
How do I add oil (say, 2% soybean oil) to the feed?
→
If you add more than 1% oil and then pellet directly, the pellets won’t hold their shape. Here’s the trick: pre-mix ≤1% of the oil with the other ingredients in the mixer. Then, after pelleting, spray the remaining oil onto the pellets. We can add a post-spray system to your machine – works like a charm.
What if the ring die gets clogged?
→
Clogs usually happen because the material is too wet, leftover feed hardens in the holes, or there’s junk mixed in. Try these:
①Take the ring die off and use a special unclogging needle to poke out the stuck feed and dirt.
②Soak it in warm water – time depends on how bad the clog is, but no more than 2 hours. That softens things up, then you can tap it out.
③Fill the clogged holes with a mix of grease and fine sand, then run the machine empty for about 10 minutes.
What if wear parts get damaged?
→
Ring dies, rollers – they wear out over time. That’s normal.
If yours need replacing, buy them from us. We’ll send original factory parts – no middlemen marking up the price. We’ll ship ASAP so your machine gets back up and running.
Do you offer technical guidance after I buy the machine?
→
Absolutely. We’ve got 24/7 remote tech support. Not only can we walk you through everything, but we can also provide different pellet recipes based on what you need. We’ll make sure you’re producing perfect poultry pellets.
