Pig Feed Pellet Machine

Product Information
Pig Feed Pellet Machine

Capacity: 1-40 T/H
The RICHI pig feed pellet machine produces high-quality feed for pigs at different growth stages. It takes powdered, granular, and liquid ingredients and processes them through several steps to create nutritious, top-grade feed. The pig feed machine is built from high-quality carbon steel and stainless steel—so it’s solid, runs smoothly, and lasts a long time.

Main Components of Pig Feed Pellet Machine
How to make pig feed? What makes pig feed better? It’s all about the core parts. Think of it like the human body—every organ has to work together to stay healthy. Same here. Each system has its own job, and they’ve got to run smoothly to produce high-quality pellets consistently. We’ve broken down the complex structure into simple terms so you can see at a glance why it’s durable, efficient, and delivers great output.

Parameters of Pig Feed Pellet Machine
These days, the people making pig feed vary a lot—from small family farms to medium-sized pig operations to large feed manufacturers. Therefore, we have designed and developed different models of pig feed pellet machines to meet the needs of customers of different sizes. The data in the table below are the relevant parameters of our pig feed pellet mills.

Product Advantages
Our products are sold to more than 140 countries and regions worldwide. Why do so many customers choose our pig feed machine? The reason lies in their durability, ease of operation, affordability, and high feed production speed.
The worst thing in farming? Equipment breaking down and stopping production. For a small farm, that hurts the pigs’ growth directly. For a big feed producer, it messes up the whole schedule and eats into profits. That’s why we build our machines to the highest standards—from the base materials to every single component. We want our customers to use them for years, with fewer repairs, and keep production running.
RICHI’s pig feed pellet machine is made of 304 stainless steel—anti-corrosion, rust-proof, and wear-resistant. Even in humid, dusty farm environments, it won’t rust. The conditioner paddles are forged, so they’re super hard and don’t warp easily. The main motor is Siemens—reliable power, low energy use. The whole frame is reinforced, so it runs without shaking or weird noises. No worries about breakdowns. It’ll keep running all year, no interruptions to feeding or output.
Trouble-Free and Durable
Lots of customers worry: “My raw materials are all different, my formulas are complicated—will the machine be a pain to use?” RICHI’s pig feed pellet machine can completely dispel this concern.
The feeder has variable-frequency control. You decide the feed speed—fast or slow. That keeps the feed uniform, prevents clogs, and avoids idle running. Inside, the double-roller design handles regular stuff like corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and crop stalks with no problem. And you can adjust the gap between the cutter and the ring die to control pellet length.
Strong Adaptability
Most customers make their own feed for one main reason: better nutrient utilization, less waste, and lower costs. That’s exactly what we keep in mind when designing our pellet machines.
The conditioner in RICHI pig feed pellet mills has a thicker and longer tube than most conditioners on the market. This allows for thorough gelatinization and sterilization of the raw materials, while locking in proteins, vitamins, and other nutrients, resulting in high-quality pig feed. The pellets from the double-roller setup are dense but not too hard—they don’t break easily during transport or feeding, and they don’t create dust. Plus, the machine runs fast, the output is steady, and it’s more efficient than ordinary machines in the same amount of time.

Applications of Pig Feed Pellet Machine
A lot of customers are buying a pellet machine for the first time and aren’t sure which model fits. So we’ve designed a bunch of models based on real-world usage from customers around the world. Each one suits a different situation. How do you figure out which one you need? Here’s a reference guide.

Process of Pig Feed Production Line
The pellet machine is the heart of the whole feed production line. Complete pig feed pellet production can be broken down into six main stages: crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and packaging. Every step affects the quality of the final product.

FAQ
Here are some common questions from past customers. Got something else? Feel free to reach out anytime.
Is there a big nutritional difference between homemade pellets and commercial feed?
→
If the formula is right and the raw materials are good quality, the basic nutrition is pretty similar.
The advantage of homemade pellets? You know exactly what’s in them—no additives, no low-quality ingredients. You can adjust the ratios based on your pigs’ growth stages, which fits your farm’s specific feeding needs.
Can different pig feed formulas all be pelleted normally?
→
Absolutely. RICHI’s pig feed pellet machine handles common ingredients like corn, wheat bran, and soybean meal. You can also adjust feed speed, pelletizing pressure, ring die size, and other parameters to suit piglets, fattening pigs, sows—whatever stage you need.
I’m a beginner with zero experience. Do you provide instructions when I buy the equipment?
→
Yes. We’ll give you both illustrated guides and video tutorials. Step-by-step—from startup, debugging, feeding, pelletizing, maintenance, to troubleshooting. Plus, we will guide you one-on-one online, using remote video to walk you through the process. You’ll get up to speed quickly and learn how to debug and do basic maintenance.
What’s the price of a pig feed pellet machine?
→
RICHI’s pig feed pellet machines range from $7,000 to $100,000 USD. They’re cheaper than similar products on the market, but quality is guaranteed. For a specific price, you’ll need to confirm with our engineers based on output and feature configuration.
Is cleaning and maintaining the pellet machine a hassle?
→
Not at all. There are no hard-to-clean spots on the machine. Disassembly and cleaning are simple. Regular basic maintenance keeps it running smoothly. If you run into damaged parts or other issues, just contact our after-sales team. RICHI provides 12 months of free after-sales service to keep your equipment running.
How to choose the right pig feed pellet machine?
→
It depends on your farm size, capacity needs, and power supply.
If you have fewer than 20 pigs, you probably don’t need a pellet machine at all. To estimate capacity, multiply your daily feed requirement by 1.2 as a buffer—then pick a model that matches. That way, you avoid overcapacity or shortages.
For power: small models with 1–2 tons per day usually run on 220V single-phase—just plug into a household circuit. Medium and large models (over 5 tons per day) need 380V three-phase power to run stably at high output.
Look at these three factors, and you’ll narrow down the right models. Need more precise selection? Just contact us.
